I´m Nathania Cárdenas, phd and cosmetic specialist. Founder member of The Youth Conspiracy. I created this space to talk about my project and this is the story of my wonderful and beloved dream job.
"When I got my medical degree, I was pretty clear that I wanted to move down the path of gynecology. I loved the idea of bringing babies into the world and was determined to do it
A few months later, a great job opportunity came along with a plastic surgeon skilled in cosmetic procedures. At first, I only did treatments with appliances, such as ultrasound and carboxytherapy, but the best was yet to come.
After 7 years working with this surgeon, he decides to open more clinics and make me a coordinator. A short time later I had my first opportunity to become a speaker giving a talk in Medellín, Colombia.
In 2017 I went to Monaco to take a course in cosmetic dermatology. I always kept learning but my point of view about some treatments was changing. There I decided that I would open a high-end cosmetic clinic with personalized attention. I wanted to become independent and carry out a project that would allow me to get involved in even the smallest detail to provide the high-quality service that I wanted. A project full of passion and a lot of love.
The Youth Conspiracy is a beautiful coincidence that represents a lot of work, knowledge, and love. By creating this brand, I broke some beauty standards by promoting the natural look as a trend that lasts.
